Warranty
Our warranties typically have a 40-30-10 year warranty explained as follows:
- Panels are preformed of 24-29 gauge steel and have a siliconized modified polyester (SMP) paint system applied in the factory.
- Finishes typically have a 40-year warranty while the metal substrate has a 30-year warranty. Finally, the steel panel should be the last roof you ever install, depending on the style you select.
- These warranties for the panels are provided by the manufacturer.
- We provide a 10-year labor and installation warranty. Should you have a problem with your metal roof that is a result of the installation, we will repair it at no cost to you.
